There is also an inventory on the game overlay as well as the jar that keeps track of how many bugs you've collected. The main goal of the game is to collect bugs (ants?) in a jar but no reason why. Notable gameplay mechanics: You walk around through several places, including a cabin. There's probably dialogue around in the game, but the aardvark doesn't talk. Samorost can be played through in a bout 10 minutes. It’s a browser based point-and-click game that surrealistic scenes and a small gnome trying to escape the devastation of an approaching meteor. Notable characters: As far as I remember, the player character who is an aardvark is the only character in the game. Samorost is a small puzzle-adventure game designed by Amanita Design in 2003. The characters and the bugs stand out by being brighter than the rest of the environment.
